26Yo Chinese Man Dies in Guesthouse Room
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On September 7, 2021, in room 309 of the Hong Jingding Guesthouse, Khan Po Sen Chey, a 26-year-old Chinese man identified as Tan Rufei, was found dead with bloodstains on the bedsheet and the victim's body.
According to the owner of the guesthouse, a 40-year-old Chinese man, Chen Chunping, the victim had rented the room for 2 months on August 24.
On September 7 at 9:45 pm the victim's friends tried to contact the victim, but there was no answer, so they contacted the guesthouse to check on him. When the guesthouse's staff checked the room, they found the man was lying dead on his bed.
The room was locked from the inside and they called for help from the police. The police autopsy has confirmed that there were no signs of foul play and the deceased died from severe gastritis. The body was kept at Steung Mean Chey pagoda waiting for the relatives to collect it.

Re: 26Yo Chinese Man Dies in Guesthouse Room
Why would there have been bloodstains on the sheets if he died of severe gastritis? I'm not a medical professional, but that doesn't seem quite right.
Gastritis: Any of a group of conditions in which the stomach lining is inflamed.
Causes include infection, injury, regular use of pain pills called NSAIDs, and too much alcohol.
Symptoms include upper belly pain, nausea, and vomiting. Sometimes, there are no symptoms.
Treatment depends on the cause. Antibiotics and antacids might help.

Without treatment it might eventually, if you are unlucly, get to a artery that break and fill your stomach with blood. You are bleeding out from the inside.techietraveller84 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 11:20 pm Why would there have been bloodstains on the sheets if he died of severe gastritis? You might throw up blood in case the gastritis leads to a bleeding in the stomach.techietraveller84 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 11:20 pm Why would there have been bloodstains on the sheets if he died of severe gastritis?
