They were already sardining in the club for hours so it shouldn't make any difference.Chuck Borris wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 12:48 am What about all the "CNN" reporters and putting all the violators on the truck like sardines?

It seems that according to local customs, when people are arrested for not observing Covid distancing rules, then the best idea is to throw them all together into a tightly packed vehicle.Chuck Borris wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 12:48 am According to the police, the club was seen to be open with large crowds gathering , where many people were drinking, dancing, and not respecting social distances.

Then they go to a quarantine station. Does anyone have experience or information about life in a government Covid quarantine station ?
Re: Cops doing the rounds
Looks like they arrested some furniture and motorcycles also.
Note to one's self don't take motorcycle when out playing cards or drinking.

Re: Cops doing the rounds
To be fair, if the legal limit is 50 people, and they're saying there were 60 in there, can you not argue that there weren't 50 people when I got there and I didn't know it had gone above ? I think in the west that would be very difficult to prosecute even in covid times.
Aside from that, imagine going out on the piss, and having to do 14 days quarantine instead of going home at the end of the night. Sod that.

Quarantine Khmer style is not the comfy stay in an air conditioned hotel room and have food sent up 3 times a day.Ahyou!whyme? wrote:Aside from that, imagine going out on the piss, and having to do 14 days quarantine instead of going home at the end of the night. Sod that.
It’s a spot on a floor at some school, with open windows for a breeze. No food, no water, no blankets, no fans - unless brought in by family or purchased and delivered. Daily showers by the communal well. Communal squat toilet.
Please stay safe out there!
The virus is everywhere!

Since they're in pp they'll probably be shipped to one of the two locations near aeon 2.newkidontheblock wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 5:27 amQuarantine Khmer style is not the comfy stay in an air conditioned hotel room and have food sent up 3 times a day.Ahyou!whyme? wrote:Aside from that, imagine going out on the piss, and having to do 14 days quarantine instead of going home at the end of the night. You're provided food, water, bedding and possibly a fan (national tuberculosis center at least provides them for it's prisoners) and 99% of these centers have showers and toilets brought in, I guess if you're in the middle of no where province I could see this all not being fulfilled

Really? Is this true?
14 days in what would be considered prison conditions in any decent country. I can't believe nobody has been released.
I am seriously reconsidering my evening entertainment.

Re: Cops doing the rounds
Fourteen days of quarantine in a local high school followed by appearance in court is a sobering experience for sure.Ahyou!whyme? wrote: ↑Sun Sep 05, 2021 4:57 am To be fair, if the legal limit is 50 people, and they're saying there were 60 in there, can you not argue that there weren't 50 people when I got there and I didn't know it had gone above ?
