KAMPOT: Public service announcement.
A social media post from Kampot has asked for help for a patient who urgently needs type O blood, positive or negative.

Emergency!!! My dad is in Sonja Kill Hospital in Kampot and needs today blood otherwise he won’t survive!! Bloodgroup 0
Is anyone near Kampot wo has 0 and can donate blood? Thank you for saving his life!!

UPDATE
If you are in Kampot and wish to donate blood, you can go to Sonja Kill Hospital tomorrow morning (Monday, 16 August 2021) from 10am onwards.

BLOOD NEEDED.
O negative and O positive is urgently required at Sonja Kill hospital on Monday from 10am. A patient called Günter is in desperate need. If you have O type blood please donate tomorrow. The process only takes about 45 minutes and you are given water, coca-cola and a small snack afterwards. Please share this post with any friends you think can help

New Appeal for Blood Donors: Calling Phnom Penh Expats
Looking for blood type O or A-

A week ago i post an appeal for blood rhesus - donation for Richard a friend who had a large open wound due to moto accident in kampot .
We brough him on emergency to hospital in pp . After 4 operations bleeded still not fully stopped so need more blood either A- or O;
We got several donors from pp but not easy to find more
