Does Schwab refund ATM fees here in Cambodia?

That's great to know because TD Ameritrade doesn't refund international ATM fees.

Since it is an American bank and generally refunds your charges it doesn't matter what country you're in

get charged with your ATM it's going to refund you those charges no matter where you are in the world I would assume
More than just any old backpacker.

Yes, my record month was over $300 - its kinda like a savings account for me, refunds given last day of month or last biz day of month about 730PM EST.

Yes. I have two Schwab accounts and both had ATM fees refunded in every country (13) I visited, including Cambodia.
Cambodia: where money can buy you absolutely anything except intelligence.

Schwab refunds ATM fees everywhere.

The thing you have to be careful about with Schwab is they will sometimes block the ATM card on suspicion of fraud. Then you have to call them to get it unblocked.
