Siem Reap International Airport in Siem Reap province is ready to welcome foreign tourists fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Mr. Bun Ratha, Manager of Siem Reap International Airport, affirmed the readiness in a meeting to discuss the application of standard operating procedure (SOP) to welcome vaccinated tourists on Nov. 24.

Ensuring the safety of tourists is not only to enhance hospitality services but also to maintain the value and honour of the nation, he said.

Cambodia has identified a number of countries in the world, especially those in the ASEAN region, to come to the Kingdom without visa (VISA), which is the open skies policy of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

The meeting focused on operating procedures to ensure effective prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic, on the basis of the agreement between the health and tourism ministers, including the control of vaccination card, PCR test certificate (72 hours before arrival) and rapid test on arrival at the airport.

What are the countries named that don't need a visa?
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Probably need to book directly from airline. JC Airlines, Lanmei and Cambodia Angkor air at least fly few times a week between SHK and PP. But they do fly very randomly and some flights cancelled now and then.

Angkor air schedule is empty. JC only has flights to China, Lanmei is operating one flight a week from PP.

Following Cambodia’s announcement of quarantine-free entry for vaccinated foreign travellers, AirAsia recently announced the resumption of its international flight service from Bangkok (Don Mueang) to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, starting Dec 22 with three flights weekly on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

All-in fares for BIG members start at 1,690 baht per trip, available for booking from Nov 18-28 for travel from Dec 22–March 25. Promotional seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cambodia is allowing quarantine-free visits for individuals who are fully vaccinated in accordance with World Health Organization requirements no less than 14 days prior to departure and that have a negative RT-PCR test for Covid-19 (received at least 72 hours prior to travel). Travellers will need to submit a negative rapid test result on arrival that takes about 15 minutes to administer. A 14-day quarantine still applies to non-vaccinated travellers. https://www.bangkokpost.com/travel/2221 ... -to-resume

JC Airlines. Cleaners locked inside their offices after "misunderstanding" about the rent.
