Cambodia News, (Kandal): On July 30, 2021, a case of intentional damage was reported at Prek Snong village, Prek Koy commune, Saang district, Kandal province, when an angry teenager attacked a defenseless motorbike that was parked in the street.

The owner of the motorbike is Radani, a female 26 years old Khmer factory worker, and the suspect is named as Vanna Vanny, alias Ta Dak, Male, 19 years old, Nationality: Khmer, Occupation: Uncertain.


In the past, the suspect, Vanna Vanny, also known as Ta Dak, often harassed his neighbors by shouting in the street, sometimes throwing stones and or walking about with knives in his hand. Prior to this incident, the suspect had already thrown stones at the roof of a villager's house, and the police went to arrest the suspect, but the suspect escaped.
On this occasion, the suspect waited until the woman was inside her house before attacking her motorbike with an iron bar and a piece of wood for an unknown reason. The police were called to intervene, and the suspect was taken into custody.
