Forget recent threads of new arrivals Pizza 4P's and Papa John's, now there's another, new local entrant on the scene in St 130 (across from the Cher Punjab Indian restaurant)

And the question on everybody's lips is: will their pizzas be really big..I mean BIG!..like, KING KONG size? Now, before you salivate too much.. some opening details:

11am-2pm
5pm-10pm

That's surprising. Once the ovens are up and running I would have thought you might as well stay open.

Do all Pizza makers have an afternoon nap?

I suspect not if you're a larger franchise outlet like Domino's..but for these smaller places I suspect it's hard work kneading all that dough :beer3:

i am now in spain, as usual for my bussineess, nobody works here i that time, they have siesta. The only business who is open, they are chinesseeee . . . And spanish people hate them, because tehy work . . .

Is there anything specific related to France about that ?

Oh i see. Were Frenchs supposed to be either lazy, or just too thick to think about reducing the fire in the oven to reduce consumption while closing a bit, in your mind ?

I didn't read anywhere that the french were lazy or thick.
