Dear Customers, dear Friends.
Due to the situation of Covid in Phnom Penh, we won't be able to welcome you in the best conditions...
As well, we are very sad to postpone the Opening date to a later and safer day.
Let's see next week how the situation goes...
Our priority is to welcome you ASAP and in the best conditions.
Thus, keep in touch!!!
I'd like to specify that no Covid case is in our restaurant.
Please stay safe, we pray for youπŸ™, we pray for Cambodia πŸ™
Stay tuned for the "new" Opening day 😘😘😘
No later update. This guy was very unlucky.. the restrictions came in the day before he was due to have his grand opening..

I suppose he could obviously do takeaway and maybe limited eat in customers with social distancing.. We'll have to wait and see.
Restaurants can do dine-in now so I can't see any reason now not to open.

I don't think his timing for opening a restaurant could be any worse.

Many years ago I worked in Romford, Essex. Dreadful place. On Fridays the local Pizza Hut did an "all you can eat pizzas" for Β£9.99 from 12-3.

Me and my secretary used to go there and watch all the enormous lard arses waddle in and, when a fresh batch of hot pizza arrived, watch the stampede to get there first and the battles to load their plates. It was a sight to behold
Did yourself and secretary partake in the buffet, or just drop by for some hippo spotting?

I like a good buffet, think my record was 15 plates plus appetizer, drinks and a few desserts at a Chinese
place in Spain for €5 many years ago

Luckily I don't get fat

I did partake but my secretary knew the waitress and we got served at our table.

Sadly I do get fat...

Don't they make you more hungry after you have eaten them?

Eat, get stoned, get the munchies etc. You could be there all day. (Hmmm, maybe that's the point??)

After introducing missus to many different pizzas here - the National chains, the Chicago style, local eateries, etc., she still likes Pizza Company the best.

Why?

It’s much sweeter and much less salty than the average western pizza. Plus they have the seafood pizza and other unique pizzas that none of the others have.

So will all these western pizza companies be confined to just the local foreigner market in Cambodia? Or will they change the locals taste in pizza to be more in line with western tastes?

Only time will tell.
