Purely objective source, for sure.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Mon Jul 05, 2021 8:06 pm Cambodia News, (Banteay Meanchey): A village chief was seriously injured in a car accident while riding a motorbike returning home from his nephew's funeral at 3:30am on July 5, 2021, on National Road 56A, south of the entrance to Ta Ben Primary School in Ta Ben Village, Ta Ben Commune, Svay Chek District, Banteay Meanchey Province.

At 3:30am, coming home from a funeral event, can't be a whole lot of vehicles on the road, especially in Battambang. If choosing to travel at those times, I'd say it's even more important to use extra precaution when driving, if that's even possible after a case of Ganzberg.
So there no restrictions on public gatherings for funerals, at least if you're the family of a village chief, but gatherings for weddings and other celebrations are prohibited. Do I have it understood correctly?
I'd be curious to learn of the chief's toxicology results.

I don't get your drift. Surely you're not saying hit and run can sometimes be the victim's fault? ...The Judge wrote: ↑Thu Jul 08, 2021 4:46 pmPurely objective source, for sure.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Mon Jul 05, 2021 8:06 pm Cambodia News, (Banteay Meanchey): A village chief was seriously injured in a car accident while riding a motorbike returning home from his nephew's funeral at 3:30am on July 5, 2021, on National Road 56A, south of the entrance to Ta Ben Primary School in Ta Ben Village, Ta Ben Commune, Svay Chek District, Banteay Meanchey Province.
