Malaysian Allegedly Dies of Covid After Refusal of Treatment
Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: Local authorities in Phnom Penh say that a 69-year-old Malaysian man named NG BAN HOCK, a scrap metal buyer, was found dead in his house on July 3, 2021 at 9 pm at Borey Lim Chheang Hak, 14G, Concrete Road, Kantouk Cheung Village, Sangkat Kantouk, Khan Kampoul, Phnom Penh.
According to Mr. Huon Vanda and Mr. Soeun Sang, two workers staying with the Malaysian man, on July 3, 2021 at 2:30 pm, they rushed the victim to Calmette Hospital because he was unwell and having difficulty breathing.
However, Calmette hospital refused to accept the man, saying that there was a lack of oxygen equipment, so they sent the victim to another private hospital at the base of the Stung Meanchey bridge, but this hospital also refused to treat the sick man and they sent him back home.
The two workers went home that night at 8:10 pm. They found the victim feeling very uncomfortable, pulling his arms and legs and foaming at the mouth. When the man was more calm, the workers went outside for a break, but when they went back to check on the patient, they saw that he had passed away.
According to the competent experts, after the doctor took the sample from the deceased, the medical team confirmed that "the above Malaysian has a positive test for Covid 19."

I can see the contact tracing team swinging into action to find out where all 3 have been in contact with.

I used to deal with a lot of Chinese scrap metal buyers and waste paper buyers in Australia before the ban they were all very rough around the edges to say the least.
RIP to the Deceased.

Headline makes it read like the man refused treatment, rather than him being refused

Foaming at the mouth? Is this a symtom of Wuflu?
Re: Malaysian Allegedly Dies of Covid After Refusal of Treatment
So, in a nutshell, you have 2 choices:
If you get Covid-19 and try to ride it out out yourself at home, you are running a big risk because if you deteriorate to the point that you need hospitalisation, you will be refused treatment from just about everywhere;
or
When you suspect you have Covid-19, and you get a test which comes back positive, you run the risk of being carted off to some hot-as-hell makeshift hospital where you could languish for 2 weeks until you are either cured or dead.
Neither of these options sound very appealing.

Hospitals should apologize family of the victim for refusing helping him at the very bad situation

If Calmette says they have a lack of oxygen equipment, could that translate as their ICU being full?
