Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): On June 24, 2021, police detained two bag snatchers along Street 182, Sangkat Toek Laak III, Khan Toul Kork, when the two suspects riding a motorcycle seized the wallet from a woman who was riding in a tuktuk with her husband, and they caused the victim to fall out of the tuktuk and injure her face.

The two suspects tried to escape on a motorcycle, but the police and local people chased the suspects on a motorcycle immediately and captured them both.

Authorities sent the two suspects for further questioning at the administrative police station in Sangkat Toek Laak III. The two men confessed that they had indeed snatched the wallet from the victim, and they also admitted that they had been active in trapping dogs in the village on previous occasions.

The two suspects were sent to pretrial detention at the Tuol Kork Police Inspectorate to build a case to be sent to court.

2. Survival of the fittest
Thats why human beings developed 'civilization'

Survival of the fittest and dog eat dog in a literal sense should nothing but a remnant of our animal past.
