Nexium 40mg?
Any advice on a pharmacy that sells a quality cheaper generic brand of Nexium 40mg? (Esomeprazole), I know Victoria pharmacy on St 110 has the Nexium brand for approximately $20 for a 4 week supply (28 tabs), which is ok but trying to source a cheaper alternative for the inlaws who are suffering from GERD like a lot of khmers I would imagine.
I believe they have been cleared of having H.Pylori so nexium should hopefully do the trick?
Thanks

Re: Nexium 40mg?
U-Care and Pharmacie de la Gare (opposite the Canadia Tower) are good and trustworthy sources.
I use Dexilant (ordered from the US). It's quite costly but extremely effective. Just one tablet and gone are my stomach acid issues for quite a while.
As a I mentioned above, costly but very effective.

If you have GERD and need medication for it, please first consult a doctor for a conclusive diagnosis and a proper prescription. Please do not buy Dexilant on the strength of my feedback about it. Yes it is very effective but as mentioned on https://www.dexilant.com it is not for everyone. Just worried that someone might buy it, take it and end up potentially having serious problems (side effects or allergies) and blame me for recommending it. Please see a doctor first.

No problems, Thanks for the info though.
Probably will just stick to nexium, as its an easy relatively safe over the counter medication.

Try Lansoprazole 30mg. Fixes gatro reflux. I use the Indian ones and they are fine. Can't remember price but a lot less than $20 a month.Grand Barong wrote: ↑Wed Jun 23, 2021 8:31 pm Any advice on a pharmacy that sells a quality cheaper generic brand of Nexium 40mg? Thanks Doc
Re: Nexium 40mg?
I wouldn't recommend Nexium, locally produced Omeprazole will do, one tablet before dinner will do the trick for most. 2.500 r for 10 tablets, less than two bucks per month.

Cheers
Re: Nexium 40mg?
you don't need "nexium". the company that has the patent just changed the formula slightly so they could keep the patentGrand Barong wrote: ↑Wed Jun 23, 2021 8:31 pm Any advice on a pharmacy that sells a quality cheaper generic brand of Nexium 40mg? (Esomeprazole), ....
