4 Injured in Rolls Royce Hit and Run in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On June 23, 2021, at 12:05pm, there was a hit and run by a Rolls Royce left four people severely injured at PKC traffic stop, at the junction of Preah Monivong Blv. and Preah Ang Doung Blv., in Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
The four victims were all riding together on a Honda Dream 2015 motorcycle.

The Rolls Royce was seen speeding off from the crime scene, and was later found hiding in mansion #282, on St. Keo Chenda, Sangkat Chroy Changvar. Authorities are waiting for an arrest warrant to be issued by the police department.
