Don’t forget the guys who fall off their barstools and are paralyzed from the neck up.John Bingham wrote: ↑Sun Jun 27, 2021 4:16 pm Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger is clearly nonsense. How about a guy who falls off a roof and is paralyzed from the neck down but miraculously survives?

Paralysed, does not a retard make. In fact, a paralysing accident could make you mentally stronger - the opposite of retardation - with your will to rehabilitate and the fact that the victim's brain is no longer utilised to facilitate walking e.g., leaving a larger brain capacity for processing other functions and senses ergo, "stronger" specifically.

I have to say I've never had this happen to me. Why would they not want your money? The Judge wrote: ↑Wed Jun 16, 2021 4:40 pm It is very frustrating to me as well when I've attempted to go up to the front of a store, not inside, to buy something and the people get up and walk away, or raise an arm with fingers spread and twist their wrists back and forth (Khmer sign language for get the fuck away from me, I'm not interested in your business), without even asking what I want. I can't count how many times that's happened to me in the years I've been here. Nonetheless, I've never thrown their inventory on the ground, as tempting as it might have been.

great posts. I've done lots of ecstasy in S.E. Asia. to the point where it started to fry my brain. it's easy to fall into things sometimes.
