Cambodia News (Kompong Speu province): On the evening of June 9, 2021, on national road 4 in Tang Robng village, Hong Sam Nom commune, Oral district, Kompong Speu province, a 44-year-old Oral district officer, name Choub Chan, living in Tropang Tamarn village, Kompong Speu province, drove a Honda Dream motorbike (Phnom Penh 1U-9940) and crashed into a Kubota tractor that was carrying logs of wood. The officer crashed into the trailer from behind, which killed him instantly.
It seems that the motorbike was traveling fast, and the driver did not see the other vehicle which was traveling slowly. The tractor driver escaped from the scene, leaving the tractor and his load of wood behind.
