Construction Worker Drops Dead After Dinner
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On June 7, 2021, a man died right after eating dinner and drinking a can of beer at the junction of Norodom Blv. and Kbal Thnol bridge in Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Mon.
Ton Non, a 47-year-old construction supervisor from Storng district, Kompong Thom province lived with his wife on a building site close to where he died.
This incident occurred after the victim and his wife finished up the dinner and the man bought and drank a can of beer, and then he suddenly fell down dead. His wife and bystanders tried to revive him, but it was too late, he had already passed away.
The police were called to the site to investigate and the cause of death still remains unknown.
