This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I love the 'deactivate my membership' posts.

We haven't had one in a while.

It reveals a special breed of personality and an excess of hubris.............It's like they think they're punishing the forum............."I'm going to deprive you, CEO, of any further brilliant contributions from the likes of me......TAKE THAT, CEO."

Just stop posting........even stalwart posters.......when gone silent, are quickly forgotten.

Such is the fickle life of a forum identity.

Here today, gone today.

If you have opposing views on many of the topics then you have a great deal to say and the opportunity to express your viewpoints.... Sounds like this is the ideal place for you.... Whereas if you agree with almost everything here then this would be a rather boring place for you.

The only way to do that is to be such a dick that you get banned.

It's a tough crowd here, Frank
especially if you have opposing views about EVERYthing.
Spoiler:
Believe me, Brother.
You gotta be a hardcore genuine contrarian at heart, passionate about your views - AND either have iron plated armour, Or, be very very resilient.

Stick around - give us a hand busting up this little echo-chamber racket some of them are trying to run here.

Out of sheer malice, Clutch should give him a 24hr break periodically, and then message him saying he’s allowed back in, again.

If you can't handle people with different views and are unable to debate or challenge them on their views you could just click on the relevant people's name and then click 'add foe'. Never used that myself by I'm guessing it will stop you being able to see comments by said posters.

Out of curiosity, how do you get by in the real world? From my own experience I know it's impossible to only be around people with the same views as myself. Even those closest to me will have different opinions about certain topics but I find it broadens the mind somewhat to hear other views. Admittedly, it is a lot harder to tolerate some of the retards that have been voicing opinions in growing numbers over recent years but that's life.

They should make it an option that you don’t need to login or come to this website, that way it doesn’t matter if the account is deleted or not. Perhaps contact support for your web browser and they know a way that you can stop coming to this site?

Just change your views, Frank. Problem solved! :hattip:
"Life is too important to take seriously."
