Cambodia Superstar Denny Kwan Accuses Sihanoukville Hotel of Having Hidden Cameras in Rooms

Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): On May 25, 2021, the Cambodian film star, Denny Kwan, has accused Sihanoukville hotel, Gold Sea Hotel, of having hidden cameras installed in their hotel rooms where guests sleep. She's uploaded videos and pictures supporting her accusations, and says the hotel owners offered her $10,000 for her troubles, but turned down the offer as it's just too low.

In 2017 Denny Kwan was banned from appearing in Cambodian movies for one year when the Culture and Fine Arts Ministry deemed her 'too sexy' because of some selfies she posted on social media. Denny Kwan says she stayed in the hotel back in 2020 when she discovered the hidden cameras in her room, and confronted the hotel owners. She remained quiet for many months while they negotiated a settlement, but she now thinks $10,000 is way too low and has decided to go public about the hotel.

The owner of Gold Sea Hotel has not made any public statements yet, and it's not clear if they have removed the hidden cameras yet or not.

This is not the first time someone has accused a Cambodian hotel of having hidden cameras in their rooms.

For the most fleeting of moments my spirits soared when I thought the "superstar" turned down the $10,000 "for her troubles" on general principle, i.e. you can't bribe your way out of this one. Good for her, she's got plenty of money and they have picked to wrong victim!

Then came the magic words...."as it's just too low" which confirmed that this women is just as big a c**t as the hotel owners.

She spots the cameras and then decides to embark on an extortion scheme with faux outrage videos. She got to $10k, but decided that wasn't quite enough to sell out her fellow man so now goes public.

She remained quiet for many months while they negotiated a settlement, but she now thinks $10,000 is way too low and has decided to go public about the hotel.

Maybe she finally realised that all her huffing and puffing on camera was also being recorded by the hotel, so if and when they ever get caught by someone else, they will drag her down with them - "Look - Denny Kwan knew what we were doing and blackmailed us". That would make a great diversionary story for people to redirect their outrage.

She's just as bad as them.
