Driver recommendation PP > SR?

would a one way trip PP to Siem Reap in SUV cost about same do you know ?
Maybe you can can recommend the driver if good and not to chatty has reliable car ?
have not needed to rent car and driver in Cambodia yet but did in Thailand wasn't a pleasant experience Driver number 1 never stopped talking about his kids , mother dogs and cat Driver number didn't stop texting to the point I told to stop the car and I was not getting back in if he didn't turn off his phone it was damn hair-raising.
