Is this fashion of pixelation 'a la Mondrian' , (thank you JB for this expression), taking hold in the Khmer news outlets ?

Kandal: On May 19, 2021, a floating body was found floating in a river about 150 meters from the shore in Kam Sam Krom village, Kam Sam Krom commune, Leuk Dek district, Kandal province.
Victim name: Chreung Dong, male, 35 years old, Vietnamese, living in Khna Taing You village, Prek Chrey commune, Koh Thom district, Kandal province, Occupation: Fishing.

Elementary, my dear ceoNewsHound.
This image shows that the deceased was found among green vegetation. The deceased has black hair, is wearing grey shorts, and is naked from the waist up.
Alternatively, could it be possible that they have found yet another variation of Split Enz's True Colours album cover.
