Tycoon Heng Sear Requests Postponement of Court in Response to Miss Mean Pich Rita's Complaint of Attempted Rape

Phnom Penh: On May 13, 2021, Oknha Heng Sear, 59 years old, living at house No. 75, Street 217, Trea Village, Sangkat Steung Meanchey 1, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh, filed an application for an extension of time to appear before the Phnom Penh Municipal Court, in order to defend himself against Ms. Mean Pich Rita's complaint for attempted rape.

The case of attempted rape was described by Ms. Mean Pich Rita on the afternoon of May 4, 2021, in Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh, after Duke Heng Sear called her to meet him and come into his car to discuss work.

In a letter requesting an adjournment to the President of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court, Oknha Heng Sear claimed that the reason for his request for an adjournment was that he was receiving emergency treatment at a hospital and promised to testify when his condition improved.
The letter requesting the extension of time has already been submitted to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court through the seal of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court on this letter.


It should also be noted that Miss Mean Pich Rita, the host of My TV and a former Miss Grand Cambodia contestant, decided to file a lawsuit against Duke Heng Sear for attempting to rape her in a car, while the Duke accused her of stealing his iPhone 11 pro and had her arrested. He claims that Ms Mean Pich Rita stabbed him with a knife, causing serious injuries which put him in hospital.

However, on the morning of May 13, 2021, it was decided to release the TV presenter on bail at the request of Samdech Techo's volunteer lawyers led by Mr. Ky Tech.

#MeToo can be sum up as men bad, women good.
It's always more complicated than that. Sex, fame, greed, power, money etc.

In the local case it seems a bit of the same so it's hard to come to any conclusion which personally I won't.

Well, she doesn't really sound like she's that hard up that she needs to steal a phone..

Would she likely carry a knife on her? Or did he threaten her with it and she somehow snatched it off him?

Didn't he say that she wanted 10 grand to end their relationship?

Maybe in the car they were breaking up...........she demanded 10 grand as 'severance'.......he refused...........she angrily snatched his phone and when he reacted, she swiped at him with the knife?
