Why should they write about him in Italian newspapers? He was living in Cambodia since nearly 10 years and his death officially is by drowning, so nothing really newsworthy for Italian Press. This would only change if foul play would come into the picturetruffledog wrote: ↑Sat May 08, 2021 6:10 pm still no information about where in Italy he is from? Still no news in Italy about his death which is very strange.

They might have but what would be the point of doing one and most importantly who should pay for it?

Yes, to some extent. For example a young Yemeni committed suicide in the Tonle Sap yesterday and they managed to extract enough urine to do a positive test for Methamphetamine. The man was found just a few minutes after he had drowned himself though.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Methamphetamine dont lie it really is one of the easiest drugs to tell if someone is on it, they all end up looking the same! I remember this Swedish kid that owned a bar on 130 for about a week every time I would come back to Cambodia he would look more and more like the living dead.John Bingham wrote: ↑Sun May 09, 2021 4:34 pmYes, to some extent. There's been no suggestion that the deceased Italian guy in Kampot was taking meth (unless I missed something ?) Or that he committed suicide.

[Mod edit: no need for your 'suggestion' or speculation as to cause of death. Show a bit of decorum on a death topic for the deceased and family]

You know him, he was a drug user? And he was always on the streets, homeless?itekamp wrote: ↑Sun May 09, 2021 3:52 pmHe surely wasxX.TROPA.Xx wrote: ↑Sat May 08, 2021 4:00 pmMaybe he was under the influence of drugs and or alcohol (or both)
