The source is PP City Hall https://www.facebook.com/phnompenhcityhall but they're in Khmer and not sorted in useful Sangkat order, let alone accompanied by a summary of totals per Sangkat. So today I'll have to scan through nearly 1000 trying to spot the ones in Daun Penh.

Siem Reap has some sort of outbreak at the Old Market. This would be a bad event as hundreds of women go there every morning.
The hospital continues to be blocked off with police monitoring/blocking off the street outside.
Also the photo shop slightly diagonally across from the Lucky Mall is blocked off and reportedly an employee has tested positive. But its the old market that would be the concern. Its remarkable how many people from PP have shown up here in the past couple of days - and I suspect they've brought Covid with them unfortunately.

Khmer Times notes: This is a breaking story – more details will be added soon. The numbers do not seem to tally with figures Khmer Times obtained. In addition, today’s daily update by the Ministry of Health seems to be abrupt and incomplete.CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Wed May 05, 2021 2:02 pm COVID-19: 672 New Cases Registered; Tally 16,971

And yes, I thought the same thing. This was their rather odd press release on FB:

Confirmed: the Old Market and the Preference Photo Shop in Siem Reap have been closed.TWY wrote: ↑Wed May 05, 2021 11:49 am Siem Reap has some sort of outbreak at the Old Market. This would be a bad event as hundreds of women go there every morning.

Cambodia News, (Siem Reap Province): Mr. Pin Prak, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province, on the morning of May 5, 2021, led the authorities to temporarily close the Old Market and the Preference Photo Shop in Sangkat Svay Dangkum, Siem Reap City, Siem Reap Province.
The deputy governor said the decision to temporarily close the two sites was made because officials found that a person testing positive for Covid-19 had been present there.
He called on all people to be more vigilant and take part in the implementation of the three protection measures and the duty to wear masks and the duty to maintain the safety gaps. Individuals who violate this measure will face disciplinary action or legal action.
