In the riverside area the songkat apparently wants one person from every house and every shop in the area to test for the delta variant. A sort of random sample to assess the general level of delta infection I guess...
They have been doing this around my area of TTP for 2 days - no reported cases so far. It's random.

Still sticking to this fiction, I see. Can't use the Chinese hookers as your scapegoat for Delta cases.

Meanwhile:

Cambodia’s vaccination campaign which stated in February 10, reached a seven months milestone yesterday with 97.03 percent of the total of 10 million adults targeted to be inoculated against COVID-19.

After 41 days of vaccinating adolescents aged 12 to 17, Cambodia has inoculated 1,703,819 youngsters of the targeted 1,966,931 people in the targeted age group.

^^source: KT via FB.

So that just leaves around 600,000 people to get the jab and everyone over 12 will be fully vaccinated, if the numbers are to be believed. Still a massive effort, very well executed.

NB: their numbers refer to people having had at least one shot. So 600k need to have two shots plus a bunch more needing their second shot.
