So Chinese vaccines are effective than or? In the west they claim different and from China there is no data....
In Phnom Penh, in the last 2,5 weeks COVID-19 infection has decreased, with only 28 of 1,898 people testing positive positive for COVID-19 – a total of 3.56%.
What? 28 infections in the the last 2.5 weeks? Bollocks.
What about this, reported in the same newspaper and detailed above, showing the last week's increase in Delta cases in Phnom Penh?
These are Delta cases only, not overall cases, which will be higher unless we are now at 100% Delta
Last week Phnom Penh had 70
This week Phnom Penh has 532 (+680%)

Cambodia’s Delta Variant infection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus has surged in recent days with the total reaching 3,323 cases nationwide, leaving only Kratie province free of this scrouge currently.
(I think he means scourge)
As usual they lump all the numbers together, yet teasingly refer to PP having the highest proportion of the additional 647 new cases in a 3 day period, but are to coy to reveal the actual numbers. However, 676 divided by 3 days is 225 a day which is getting on for 50% of the daily totals.
