SIEM REAP NOODLE DISH TO BE REGISTERED AS NATIONAL TRADEMARK
The Ministry of Commerce to register Siem Reap’s traditional Khmer noodle dish Nom Banh Chok as a national trademark.

The Ministry registered 7,997 local and international trademarks in 2020, a year-on-year increase of 30%, and is determined to further promote national trademarks and unique products.

Can’t wait for things to return to normal to try this delicacy of missus’ home province.

Just her description of it makes my mouth water.
