I was under the impression it was only the sale of alcohol that was banned, not the consuming it? Either way, he looks like he's just trying to rub the authorities noses in it. Never a wise move.
The difference between animals and humans is that animals would never allow the dumb ones to lead the pack.

Would have thought there were better things for the police to be doing but obviously not

The Play Ground, Kampot
This business owner in Cambodia posted easily identifiable photos of himself breaking the law on the much-monitored pages of Facebook, while breaking curfew, with no mask, inciting people to drink. The reason for his actions are unclear.

He is from Hoyerswerda, kinda like the asshole of Germany and center of Covidiots. Jail suits him well.

Re: Barang Twat Posts Selfies of Curfew Breaking Kampot
I see that he's got a family and a business in Cambodia. I wonder if he will get away with a "fine". I don't feel much sympathy for him being such an idiot, behaving like some stupid kid, but I do feel sorry for his family. What he did was not so bad in itself, but why would you post it on FB ?
Kampot has had almost no Covid restrictions for so long that some people have got the idea that they are exempt from the Covid rules. Also, some foreigners who live in Cambodia seem to have no idea that social media is surveyed, (or they don't care), which is pretty naive, when a faux pas can get you arrested and possibly deported.
The Kampot Noticeboard page has previously had to tell posters not to post party invites or anything that might be illegal, but it seems that a few foreigners have not got the message. (Which is basically, keep your head down and STFU. This sort of attention-seeking behavior makes it harder on everyone else. )
