Due to recent legal changes CBD oil is legal to purchase and use in Thailand. While it may be legal, individuals are likely to have a difficult time finding CBD oil outside of the big cities and buying their supplies online may be a better option.

It is important to remember that while CBD oil is legal it must contain less than 0.2% THC content or one may face legal issues if caught.
