This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. Why don't the gyms open a 'restaurant' section so they can operate 'normally' - you know, like the nightclubs are all doing ... Time to re-open the "Gym Bar" - but one that accidentally has some decorative weights laying around?
:hattip:
“High-Risk Businesses” in Phnom Penh closed for another 14 days: All Clubs, Schools and Gyms suspended

I think it is just a continuance notice. The ban was already in place but it might have been due to expire. Many of these early announcements had time limits on them and they have so many now it's hard to keep up.

It's policy making by copying and pasting what the rest of the world has done. There is no evidence that I am aware of that gyms are any more dangerous than supermarkets or public transport.

Public transport? It's been so long since I saw any of that I'll need to google it.

I can only imagine that the fleets of busses have been put up on blocks, oils drained and filled again , windows and doors tapped to keep out all dust etc so that it would only take a few days to get them back on the road.

In reality probably sitting in a weed covered patch with perished tyres and all but destroyed motors and gearboxes filled with th sludge of last trip in them.

Make sure you get along with your neighbors if you want to have a drink with family at home.
No singing! Were they educated to sing next time?

It really is a joke isn't it, in Australia last year we had KFC employees tipping off police when they received a big order.

Good to see the Covid Gestapo is in Cambodia too.
