ëlarm has been around for over a year. It detects signs of illness before the symptoms, when carriers are most infectious. From what I understand, the wearable device, that is linked up with another wearable device could also be indicating the flu or even low blood sugar, dehydration, but so what, you're sick. Golfers and off-shore workers have had it since last year, and it has alerted infected workers and players, pre-symptoms, to C-19, like Nick Watney (pro-golfer, if you didnt know). It wouldn't help junkies much as it detects irregularities in heart rates. It also helps if you give a shit about others in society.
So how long has this been going on? What took them so long? They have to "test" it first. Load of gutless shit.

...(ëlarm) tests the effectiveness of wearable devices in identifying an infection before users feel any symptoms.
Studies have shown the effectiveness of wearable devices in detecting early signs of illness. This is possible because an infected individual begins shedding high viral loads of the virus before symptoms present, this is when they are most infectious.

“As we move to a post-vaccine, COVID 2.0 world, the Government will have to get much better and talking to the private sector and faster at augmenting its response with better technology.”
“We’ve been urging the Government to adopt ëlarm for 314 days now,” says Mr Seymour.

“It shouldn’t have taken ten months for the Government to take the idea seriously. It needs to be much more aggressive at trying new technologies.

Fair few roadblocks on the streets off riverside. ambulance parked, which may be a familiar sight - I don't get out much these days. Lockdown is already getting to some. I watched my neighbour discussing world issues with her cat, the other day, and she thinks the cat is replying %) When I got back inside, I told the dog and we laughed for an age! Meanwhile, the neighbours made a porno. They don't know it yet.. 8)

The lock downs if I could compare to Australia you were not allowed to leave your home for much the same reasons (in my case 6 weeks), and only shopping at your local supermarket, no visiting friends or family even if next door, the big differences, no police barricades but the police were still stopping people and asking where they're going and fines a plenty.
The main difference I see is there is no such thing a social security, in Aus people out of work locked up at home still had government support whether unemployed or layed of from work.
I'm standing up, so I must be straight.

The garment factory workers and construction company workers will run out first.
