This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. How is this news link about a young Australian woman who claims she was raped in parliament house even remotely relevant to this thread?
Do you find sexual assault a humorous topic? I don't know why you would link this to a drunk guy sleeping on a footpath?? :offtopic:

Yeah, I agree that post is definitely inappropriate and decidedly off/trolling for this topic. As I understand that link, whilst the woman might have been intoxicated that doesn't invite rape and anyway has nothing to do with this topic. The member that posted that can take 24hrs off.

Agree. We have a story about a drunk guy who is sleeping it off in Cambodia, so why confuse this event with the story of an Australian rape vicim ? :offtopic:

Not only that but also some guy bringing him some shade till he sleeps it off , where else in this wonderful world would this happen.Bit like the drunks everyone just lets them sleep it off , no burly security kicking them out.

At festivals in Europe we used to paint swastikas on wasted people's head with olive oil or sun tan lotion. It would last a whole season. 8)
