Tea & Coffee: Local or western?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Nescafe Red Cup, big jar of it for $6.50. Available everywhere. Boiling water, 2 x saccharine tablets and a splash of skimmed milk.

As good a caffeine delivery system as anything from any dew soaked mountain side where the monkeys frolic. My bog will attest to this.

Tea:

PG Tips, pyramid ones. Same recipe as the coffee.

Beer:

Cambodia draught. In a cold glass. None of that poncy craft beer crap.
1. Where do you get your PG tips?

2. That's the most expensive red cup I've seen. $4.50 in Daney shop (opposite Navy shop)
1. UK. Big box with all contents put in small plastic bags to retain freshness. (Running low, so don't ask).

2. Super Duper. They ran out of Nescafe Gold (about $12.50) and Red Cup was $6.50. (It was the same in Makro)

Where is Navy shop?

Edit:
Mine is the big jar

I prefer my women to be from the third world, inexpensive and already ground down by someone else.

Rather like my coffee too.

No coke can to hand for scale?

Navy shop is the cheap booze place with the aggressive owners on 172.

Just like Nescafe is not really coffee, tea bags are not really good beer. And I'll take a craft beer any day.

Oh boy, when slagging off people, I should at least make sense. Going for a big mug of Nescafé now.
