Tuktuk Driver Stabbed in Drunken Dispute

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): An unidentified man used a knife against a tuk-tuk driver in a drunken argument at 7:30 pm, on March 14, 2021, on street 271, Sangkat Psar Deum Thkov, Khan Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh.

The victim was identified as Hout Sophal, 35 years old, a tuk-tuk driver. The suspect ran away to escape. The police said the victim and the suspect were drinking together. When they were both extremely drunk, the two men had a disagreement, and the suspect attacked the victim with a knife, almost cutting off the victim's hand.
