Could be true because western union has banned most countries from sending money to cambodia now. I don't know why. I guess because of scams. Maybe this is one of them. But in any case they will soon have to close their businesses here.

I just sent money on March 6th to my brother-in-law as a wedding gift. From USA to Cambodia.
