Psychiatry and that book they use, The DSM, is utter nonsense.

Don't go to a shrink. They will incorrectly diagnose you and dose you up with medication that will almost certainly make everything worse.

Psychology borderline bullshit as well but there are some good ones out there.

I agree to a large extent about psychiatry. It’s a self fulfilling institution where they connect dots to make their version of the truth. Once caught up in that system it is difficult to break free of it.
There are exceptions but the system works best for those that have serious mental health problems rather than those who have mild problems and don’t follow the norms of society
