Be careful in this sector. A few months ago I heard of a place that were pushing their staff to claim to have credentials that they don't actually have. I don't know how you can reasonably ask for proof of credentials but that may make sense in this case.

One of their team claims the following for his qualifications. I would expect to see those certificates on the wall or available upon request. Maybe ask to see them after your first appointment but before you pay them! That's not unreasonable, is it?

Here is a UK government list of English-speaking facilities in Cambodia.
No endorsements, but you would expect them to be qualified medical services. For psychiatry, scroll to near the bottom of the page.
