There is also a VIP club, which gives you a further 10% off all purchases, so it ends up at $4.50. The rules of VIP membership are not set in stone, but a local bank account or long term visa, just to show you live here, will do the trick. It's to separate us from the tourists once they return.

Anyone who begrudges buying a drink with their cheap meal, and demands tap water for free, won't get a membership of any sort!

yea , I am if i have a good mood , but just being in Pp with all the traffic , heat , and congestion and filtfh and junk freaks me out .
If I must go to the embassy i get a round trip taxi , do my business, stop at Burger King on my way out and make like a duck hunter and get the flock out , or make like a tree and leave ASAP for my mental health , let you crazies stay there w/o me !

I had a steak pie with veg there on a Friday not so long ago, it was delicious and amazing value.

Are you a member of the VIP club, or is that still amazing value at $5.
Although once I took an interest in the Phnom Penh Chilli Con Carne competition, I still haven't found one that is reasonable, any recommendations, and what is the dish like here?

Their chili con carne is HOT. I have not tried it personally but those that have confirm it is HOT. I believe @cluchcargo has tried it and will confirm.

It says HOT on the menu. They ain't kidding!

Anyway, today is FRIDAY which means $5 specials!

Come and enjoy it before they close all the bars and put us in lockdown!!
