Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): The police arrested a French man, SEBASTIEN BAUDRY, 43 years old, for using drugs at his house and for also using a gun to damage other people's property.

After receiving the order from Lieutenant General Sar Theth, Commissioner of Phnom Penh municipal Police, on February 23, 2021, the Department of Investigations and Procedure of the Immigration Department led by Major General Viseth Tith, Deputy Commissioner and Chief of Phnom Penh immigration police collaborated with Khan Chroy Changvar district police to arrest Sébastien Baudry. The suspect was arrested for using drugs and using a gun to damage other people's property at a house no. H12B, at Borey Sopheakmeangkol, Phnom Penh.

Sebastien Baudry's arrest may be even more serious, as he does not have a legal visa for Cambodia either.

The French national was taken to the National Institute of Public Health for a Covid-19 test. He was detained at Khan Chroy Changvar police station to wait for the Covid-19 test results before further proceeding with the legal steps.
