Policeman Behaving Weirdly is Arrested for Drugs

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On February 22, 2021, Khan Daun Penh police reported they received the information from the public that a man wearing a police uniform, drove motorbike plate PP2DD-0954, was behaving weirdly. People saw him knee down to salute a construction building, on Preah Norodom road and street 136, Sangkat Psar Kandal, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh, and he had a strange way of speaking to himself.

They found the man's identity on his uniform, so they contacted the local police at Khan Chbar Ampov who confirmed that the man was a policeman in Khan Chbar Ampov. After that, Khan Chbar Ampov police took the car to take the man away.
The man was identified as Oun Somon. He has already been fined after being involved in drugs and has been educated many times, but never stops. This time he was arrested and taken to the police station.
