UPDATE: The man is not Chinese or Taiwanese, he is Khmer and his relatives have claimed the body. He was suffering from a mental illness.

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): The relatives of a man who jumped from the 10th floor of the roof located at the Psar Dei Huy flyover traffic light along Northbridge Road, at the corner of Russian Federation Boulevard at noon on February 20, 2021, have identified the deceased as 34-year-old Un Thundy, living at 18G, K4D Street, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.

In connection with the above case, the victim's family said that the victim had a mental illness due to a brain problem since he was in a traffic accident, 10 years ago. The victim was always daydreaming and the family did not expect the victim to leave the house and put an end to his life.
It is reported that the man walked up and down on the roof for a while before he jumped from the 10th floor (roof), and died immediately on the spot.

After the incident on the body of the victim, the police did not find any identification card, only a broken phone. And the SIM no longer has a name. That is why there was some confusion over his identity at first.
After the post mortem examination, the victim was sent by the police to be kept at the crematorium of Wat Teuk Thla to search for relatives to come and take his body. The relatives have now claimed the deceased man.

Not much help for the mentally ill here.
Mental illness is experienced at some point by about a quarter of Australians.
I would guess the same everywhere.
