Re: Cambodia's Quarantine and Lockdown Escapees (Regular Updates)
What a situation that this pandemic has thrust upon, what, we once would have called that of our normal daily lives, but those days now seem to be that of a distant memory for most of us. Today we have too be safe, follow the rules and the law, do our part to help prevent this illness spreading to others and ourselves, it's without doubt that the virus Covid19 has effected all our lives and that of the lifestyles we may have had before.
Always "hope" but never "expect".

Re: Cambodia's Quarantine and Lockdown Escapees (Regular Updates)
In that situation I would think the people who were visiting and delivering goods to friends and family in quarantine had very little choice not to pay what they were asked.
Surely, it strikes like there was another reason for payment. Because that would be the lowest form of corruption for these security people to do. It is more than morally wrong.
I would like to here a follow up to the story, and see why and what it is all about.
