2021 has about 310 days left. There are 100.000.000 people in Vietnam. That's just over 322.000 people per day, if they would start tomorrow.
Keep on dreaming. It's a logistic nightmare given the sheer numbers. Simply not going to happen in that time frame.
True. Although, their over-60s population is only 11.4M, and over 50s is 22M, so even if they don't manage to get rid of the virus they can get the at-risk population down to where covid could be more reasonably described as "a bad flu" and the country could open up again.
