Mrs Cargo has a friend that used to work there. Yes, he used to yell at the staff but 'constantly' is a bit of a stretch by her reports. I gather that depended on whether he was sober or wasted.. She did say however that he was very good with giving the staff paid, annual holidays (something Mrs Cargo doesn't enjoy despite there being a law about annual holiday time for full time staff).

I went there a couple of times and quite liked the German food on the menu for a change and must've been lucky to miss out on his apparent antics there.

The naked westerner in discussion here, Andy, often has coffee in front of the T Mart ( less than 10 mos. old establishment) in the mornings. T mart is down towards Phsar Kandal from the corner of St. 178 and St. 13 and is locally owned and managed. Tony will be in there in the daytime, they have a nice selection of household items there at rock bottom prices btw.
The other guy with the red face and long blondish hair that sells whatever he sells is at the corner of 178/13 and I have never spoken with him.
Our boy Andy is far more social and even engaging in the mornings that I've been lucky enough to encounter him.

Hilarious, lets just rationalise a guy being found stark bollock naked punching the z'sss in a major street in a capital city, who has an obvious history of being a total cunt in a Harvey Weinstein way. And some guys on here have frequented his esatblishment over the years because they never got what the staff did. Shameless cunts.
