TUK TUK Driver murders 3 people in Phnom Penh over road rage incident.
What began as a small dispute about driving led to bloodshed last night as three people were shot to death by a tuk tuk driver.

The incident happened in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district in front of a mobile phone shop at around 7:30 in the evening, as people all over the capital were celebrating the first day of Chinese New Year.

The first victim was identified as Po Sophy, the second Si Deth, and the third was unidentified.

According to the sources who witnessed the occurrence, before the shooting, the suspect, a tuk tuk driver, had had an argument with a man for refusing to move his car to the side for his tuk tuk to go during a traffic congestion.

The sources say after the argument, the suspect and a gang on several motorcycles came back to the scene while the car owner was sitting with the victims drinking in front of the mobile phone shop. The suspect then suddenly took a gun from a member of the gang and opened fires on the victims, hitting three of them, and then drove away from the scene with his accomplices.

The three victims were put on another tuk tuk to be sent to the hospital but died before they can be rescued.

So the guy at the end who hits the fist/arm of the other guy who was fighting with the guy who’s been shot and is out on the floor - did the perps gun fail to go off as I don’t see any flash and he didn’t go down?

RIP. They’ll all be arrested within the week for sure.

So to recap (with some help), bunch of guys park like idiots, partially block the road, and go drinking. One of the frustrated tuk tuk drivers goes and asks them to move their car so tuk tuks can pass more than one at a time, all during rush hour. He’s told to tale a hike. More tuk tuk drivers appear. Asking them to move their car. The drunken guys decide to beat them. One them draws his gun and shoots to stop the drunken guys from beating their friend to death.

All caused by drunken locals, believing that they are right, not caring about others. A tragedy all too preventable.

Sadly, the aftermath will boil down to who has the bigger political power.

If they shot the tires or the engine of the car and punched back then i would have said "good for them to fight back these pricks", but going full terminator, fucking hell, no limits in their tiny minds, fuck that
