They are also chemical sniffers for explosives and drugz. So he was allowed to board with what looks like the carry on consignment, only to have the Cambodian authorities informed that a load was on its way, and to bust that mofugger.Ozzie_Mandias wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 11:58 am Do customs officers in Cambodia check the luggage of all Africans?

Oh, OK my mistake then. So he scored the goods locally and the plan was to make the big money in Korea or points beyond, since it was mentioned before that Korea is a tough cookie. His assumption, then, was that the Cambodian authorities are hicks and dumbasses, which they clearly are not.Ozzie_Mandias wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 12:17 pmNo he was leaving CamboMarty wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 12:14 pmWell ya know those machines ya walk thru? Re: Ugandan Busted at Phnom Penh Airport Carrying 2Kgs of Meth
yeah, he got the shit from a Nigerian,Ugandan , whatever african-mafia around to give it to another african in Seoul.Happens also en route to Japan, South-africa and elsewhere, where they have strong "african" mafia (mostly Nigerian). Nigerians trafficking drugs since 1973, I happended to know some Nig erians 48 years ago living in Germany doing the trade. They are most experienced en organized. Actually these days I had couple of Nigerian friends and generally they were nice! Another guy, he was working in the Ugandan Embassy in London
bringing in tons of smoke over the years.
But nowadays in Covid times scrutiny is tough, so nobody would smuggle shit from KOW to South Korea, MEANING only one thing:
This poor sucker was just a distraction, while another one with more merchandise was going through.
Happens every day! (before Covid at least)

Oh exactly right. A distraction from the James Bond type smuggling the big cargo, worth billions. The African distraction in the Lacoste T shirt gets the hammer over the head. Meanwhile, wear a suit and tie through airports and you can get away with murder. Literally.alexvanlaar wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 1:24 pm yeah, he got the shit from a Nigerian,Ugandan , whatever african-mafia around to give it to another african in Seoul.Happens also en route to Japan, South-africa and elsewhere, where they have strong "african" mafia (mostly Nigerian). couple of questions:
had he been In Cambodia or was he transiting?
Was there another Ugandan/Nigerian on the same flight?
2 kilos is a big throw away, if he was a decoy and set up to be busted, there is no quarantine someone else also wouldn't be.
2 kilos is worth its weight in bit coin in seoul or japan
fyi;l just the mule rate for a white person to carry meth from europe is around $10,000/kilo

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

He probably got flagged either in Uganda or ROK and the local customs were just waiting for him.Ozzie_Mandias wrote:Do customs officers in Cambodia check the luggage of all Africans?

This is nonsensical. Please repost your questions in plain English.phuketrichard wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 3:48 pm couple of questions:
