pork and rice is my favourite breakfast here, now you got me craving im going to have to have a wonder around tomorrow morning to see if i can find a place locally

Sadly Cambidian food sucks compared to its neighbours, slightly better than the offerings in Laos though.

i live near Psar Orussey now and theres lots of eateries about, in SHV and Daum Penh i knew where to go but in 3 months i dont know why ive not searched it out, but ive had a lot of lazy mornings, deffo on a mission tomorrow

One minute it’s your extravagant english breakfasts and sundae roasts ,(;and where are the best ones )

I used to really enjoy my breakfasts in Phnom Penh when I visited. Stayed in the Favour Hotel on Monivong and walked round to the Capital Guesthouse, Pork Rice Soup, an Omelette and a nice fresh ham baguette with all the pickles washed down with endless cups of chinese tea. I liked the vibrancy of that chaotic little junction. They jazzed up the interior a bit some time back which took away a little but of the original character of the place.

This thread has just changed my life and given me reason to wake up in the mornings, went for a walk this morning, i found a nice khmer eatery just around the corner from my place serving some of my favourite local dishes including bai sach jruk and khor
