Harry's Bar on Riverside specials

Discussions about restaurants, cafes, coffee shops or bars in Cambodia. Feel free to write any reviews you have, whether its the best burger you've had in Phnom Penh or the worse pizza in Kampot, we want to read it! Discussions about Khmer dishes are also in here, or you can leave your own. If you own a restaurant, feel free to let the expat community know about it here so that we can come check it out. Found a favorite cafe or have a place we should avoid? Tell us about it. Asian recipes & questions are always welcome.

Why does everyone always look so miserable in Harry's? Serious question.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

I dunno that it's unique to Harry's. Living in the area I see a lot of sour/sad expat faces. Even Mrs Cargo has mentioned it.

Maybe it's that ready availability of cheap beer and associated hang overs, beaten up by ladyboy the nite before, had a $100 switcheroo for ghost money at a $3 massage place, last nite's barfine was a starfish, got your new iphone snatched, the ATM says 'no', street food gave you the runs....the possibilities are endless...
