18 Members of Teenage Robber Gang Arrested in Sihanoukville

Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): On January 29, 2021, at 10:30 am, the specialist police of the minor crime department investigated and arrested 18 members of a teenage gang, aged between 12 and 21 years old, suspected of committing robberies in Sihanoukville.

The suspects were identified as Roth Lyhour, 15 years old, Long Hour, 18 years old, Sok Panha, 16 years old, Vong Piseth, 20 years old, Khai Chichi, 12 years old, Doy Chantho, a 14 years old girl, Van Mengchou, a 14 years old, Hom Dythyamoni, 17 years old, Chok Kear, 15 years old, Noun Chantha, 15 years old, Neth Bunheng, 16 years old, Chon Vireak, 20 years old, Chea Leakena, a 19-year-old girl, Kech Mey, 14 years old, Bai Kosal, 16 years old, Yan Vang, 16 years old, Van Lokvineth, 21 years old, and Sangkhai, 21 years old.

The police confiscated 5 motorbikes, 3 packets of drugs, a motorbike plate, a stick, a cleaver, a slingshot, and other items.

Does being able to pat ones own back so vigorously require much yoga training ..... or is you physical dexterity in-line with your mental aptitude ??

Good riddance to them. And kudos to the police. I only wish they could be deported for the next 3 years. Hopefully it’s a long stint in Prey Sar for them and not just a revolving door out.

and they won't let him do his own hair. That explains both the pissed-off frustrated thing - mixed with the total timid terror of the world.
and the worst haircut of the lot.

Anyway, just by the look of them all - stats say that any 3 random amongst them will probably hang for murder one day.
half the others are probably good kids bad neighbourhood

Don't you get expelled from (or, to give it a positive spin, graduate from) your teenage robber gang once you are no longer a teenager? What is it with their 21 years old members?
