Chinese Man Dies of Drug Overdose in Sihanoukville

Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): On January 26, 2021, a Chinese man died at the provincial hospital, and the police concluded that he died of a drug overdose.

The victim was identified as GUO JIABIN, who lived in Hao Ting hotel, Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville. The body was kept at the Sihanoukville provincial hospital, waiting for the decision of the family and the embassy.

If he died in the hospital then why is he just laying naked in the dirt? it looks to me as if he died right there naked in the dirt rather than in a hospital bed.
