I had already read the Phnom Penh Post's Police Blotter many times before I decided to move here. I picked up a load of back issues from the 90s a while back. I haven't read many but there was much crazier stuff going on then - way more serious weaponry was around for a start. However there seem to be a lot more freaky stories coming out in the past while.
